The Lucky Shoe Classic it was very hot day temperature about in the mid 90’s. There was ten horseshoe pitchers came out and participate in the tournament. I like to thank all the pitchers that came out in such a warm and hot condition. These were die hard pitchers. There were three classes, A,B and C. In class A, Jerry Colyer finished 1st Place with a 3-0 record and a 46.72%. Kirt Adams finished 2nd Place with a 2-1 record and a 47.44% and finished Ken Henson 3rd Place with a 1-2 record and a 22.41%. Class-A pitched 40 points unlimited shoes. Class-B, Veronica Jackson finished 1st Place with a 3-1 record and a 33.13%. Sherwood Brown 2nd Place and a 2-2 record and a 26.25%. Third Place Scott Fencil finished with a 1-3 record and a 15%. Class-C, Willie Medley finished 1st Place with a 3-0-1 and a 23.75%, Gary Martin finished 2nd Place with a 1.5-2-5 and a 17.50%. Third Place was Donald Lowe 1-3 and a 13.13%. We all had a great time and lots of fun. Hope to see a many more horseshoe pitchers come out next year. Sherwood R. Brown
